  • Ken brings 35+ years of financial planning experience with wide and extensive knowledge in the industry.

    As captain of the University of Ottawa’s 1975 National Championship team, he has continued to demonstrate leadership in both the football and business communities, developing many cherished relationships. Discipline, resilience and a strong work ethic are instilled in him and diligently applied daily.

  • Justin is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and before joining KenMar in 2022, he began his career with the Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network in 2016. As a firm believer in continuing education, he is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

    Justin takes enormous pride in helping others succeed, and is deeply committed to building and sustaining a balanced work-life philosophy. When not working at the office, Justin enjoys playing hockey or golf as a long-standing member at Rideau View Golf Club.

    Justin is licensed to practice in the province of Ontario and Quebec.

Certified Financial Planner®, Tax Specialist

  • Dan is an expert in the specific requirements and tax considerations of advanced estate planning strategies and corporate asset extraction strategies. He began his professional career with KPMG LLP, where he worked as a tax professional from 1988–1996. In 1998 Dan was given the opportunity to become part of the Tax and Estate Planning team at London Life/Great West Life where he stayed until joining KenMar Financial Services in 2017.

    Dan graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree, and then obtained a graduate diploma in public accountancy from McGill.

Our office is located in the north end of The Glebe, one of Ottawa’s most historic and sought after neighbourhood. With its tree-lined streets, historic homes, and thriving commercial district, we’re happy to call it our home. Many of our clients seem to think the same, as we’re only a short walk from their front door.
